Our purpose at RB is to make a difference, by giving people innovative solutions for healthier lives and happier homes. A key part of this is to ensure we deliver on our responsibility to make a lasting and meaningful impact on society and the environment. This is a global responsibility: one that we all share and one we aim to deliver right across our value chain.

But as the world changes, so do the challenges we face. Conversations around plastic use and organisational culture have entered the public consciousness in a way that didnt exist even a few years ago. Similarly, climate change and reducing environmental impact continue to climb the agenda, while the focus on health & safety and human rights remains as important as ever. These challenges are interconnected and theyre intensifying. And were doing something about it.
